A thoroughly garnished dish with onion, capsicum, tomatoes and selected spices extensively treated to provide a delicious medium strength dish.

Rogan Josh (Medium hot)
Lamb spiced with herbs and garnished with tomatoes and nuts.

Chilli Massala Dishes (Hot)
Cooked with fresh green chillies, herbs and spices.

Dupiaza Dishes (Medium hot)
A thoroughly garnished dish with onion, capsicum, and tomato and selected spices.

Dhansak Dishes (Slightly hot)
A beautiful combination of spices with lentils, pineapple, lemon juice, producing a sweet and sour and a little hot taste.

Kurma Dishes (Very mild)
Chicken, meat or prawns dipped and washed in milk and cooked mildly in butter and cream to create a very mild and sweet dish.

Malaya Dishes (Mild to medium)
Mild to medium dish prepared with pineapple and fruit juices to create a beautifully balanced flavour.

Pathia Dishes (Slightly hot)
A sweet, sour and hot dish prepared with garlic, red chilli, onion, capsicum and tomato puree.
